Great customer service
Finally Happy. Full function in every way. Hoping it will stay that way. Customer service was EXCELLENT throughout the ordeal. First one didnt work. (only two out of five functions) Second one worked except for tilt function. Extend function failed after less than a year. Third one was smashed while in transit. Fourth one is performing fine so far. The only upsides were great customer service and the installation is a piece of cake with all the practice.
