OK, could be better.
Almost an exact replacement. The mirror doesn't seem to adjust in a traditional X-Y axis. Pressing the the up and down adjustment does nothing. Pressing the left and right adjustment changes the mirror In a NW to SE range. OK for mid to minor adjustments, but a new driver like my wife requires some manual adjustment of the mirror before travel. It's also missing a clip, that in my mind is necessary, to keep the wire harness out of the travel of the window, but your can easily re-use the clip off of the mirror you are replacing.
