Best Answer:Hi Ricky, Upon checking, this is a guaranteed fit for your 2003 Ford F150 lariat Super Crew cab. Although the exact name differs from vehicle to vehicle, the names — Crew Cab, CrewMax, SuperCrew and Quad Cab — all refer to the same thing. Meaning, four full doors. this is usually confused with the supercab which has 4 doors but the rear door is shorter compared to the crew cab/super crew cab.
