It is important you are aware of the multi-function operations it can be switched on for it to operate. There are details saying with dimmer switch, with or without tilt steering. Those are the ones you have to carefully confirm if you have. Also, it says it will fit above 8500 lbs GVW or below 8500 lbs GVW. Please check your truck's owner's manual for those details. Wrong fit,
Service and quality of the product is good. However this item is not correct for my truck. Apparently this item is rare for 98 F150’s. There are connector differences and angle differences for this model. This is my third attempt to get the proper fit. This item has the correct connections, incorrect angle for fit.
