2018 Ford f150 3.5 w/Ecoboost . When idling and low speeds making a loud grinding like sound . Sounds like bearings going out . Intermittently leaks coolant . First time ever truck began to overheat . Has 120,000 miles on engine . I think it's water pump but not sure . Has anyone experienced this problem?Richard M.Feb 02, 2023
