Product Q&A

1997 ford f150 mfg date 01/1996 vin#1F TDX1720VKA15460. 4.2 V6 I need an accumulator.  My accumulator does not have an o-ring fitting or a p-nut fitting.  It's more like a flared compression fitting.  All I can find is accumulators with orings or p-nuts.  Can I buy an o-ring accumulator and accumulator to compressor hose w compressor to condenser combo line and install it in this truck to replace the obsolete hard to find part. This will update the a/c lines and accumulator.  My compressor is a motor craft FS10 compressor.  Will this new combination work replacing the old obsolete parts?  Any help would be appreciated?BillSep 09, 2021
Best Answer:Hello! I would reach out to your local dealership for a complete list of parts that would be needed to install updated A/C lines in your vehicle.
