We highly recommend that you check the radiator cap and the hoses for replacement.

You cant beat the price, it fit perfectly until i got to the end of the install. The top and bottom plastic shrouds did not math up and had to be modified. The way Ford deigned the car it is an absolute bear to change, I have been a mechanic all my life and it took me 10 hours.

Replaced the OEM radiator because it was corroded & clogged. It's been in for a week and it's working fine. Used the supplied clip-nuts, though the old ones were still good. Note: On this generation of Explorer the removal is not simple, but one can do it without disconnecting the transmission cooler. To facilitate later removal I switched three of the clip-nuts onto the frame and bolted it in from the engine side.
