Arrived carefully boxed and packaged and in excellent condition. It compares near perfectly with the OE blower motor (with the Ford Logo). Connector fit better than the original. It easily slipped into place and it works like new, actually a shade quieter than new. Excellent product, highly recommended by someone who had to replace this in a driveway.
