Where on the truck is this located on Ford f150 1998?Heather P.Jul 22, 2024
Best Answer:Hi Heather, thanks for initiating contact. This is typically located in one of two places on a 1998 Ford F-150. 1) On the throttle body or near the throttle body on the intake manifold. It may be part of the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor assembly. 2) On the air filter housing or air box lid. It is plugged into a wiring harness that splits into two - one connector for the IAT sensor and one for the MAF sensor. This location is usually on the driver's side near the fuse box. If your vehicle information matches this product use the link below to order while the part is in stock. Got the wrong part. I ordered an outside temperature sensor for my 2007 f150. It didn’t come close to fitting even though it said on the slip it was for my truck .
