As per checking, this front bumper cover with OE number 4L1Z17D957HAA is guaranteed to fit the 2004 Ford Expedition, Eddie Bauer. To avoid problems with the molding, I would advise you to prepare the VIN and contact the dealer to ask the OE number for the bumper. If it matches the OE for this bumper there would not be an issue. If not, then you have to look for a bumper with the same OE as advised by the dealer.
