I have the p0420 code showing along with bank 1 and 2. What parts do I need to fix my 04 Expedition?Christina M.Nov 03, 2021
Best Answer:Hi Christina, I'm happy to assist you. There are many things that can cause the P0420 trouble code in your Ford Expedition. We highly suggest that a certified mechanic diagnose the vehicle to pinpoint the part that needs replacement. I hope this helps. Customer Reviews

" was not able to install them to the Headers/Exhaust port. The flanges they use were too big, and did not allow bolting up to the exhaust manifold. The flange and pipe flare were too long, and they would not allow me to thread up any bolts to the exhaust manifold. Since the exhaust manifold has studs that are only 1" long (see photo cat1), there is limited room to thread bolts. The pipe were cut and flared with about a half inch, then the flange was over 1/2 inch, then the gasket, which meant that I could not bolt them up. Removing the gasket there was still not enough room, since the flange is very thick. I did not have a shop to remove the additional space needed for the bolts, so had to return them. "
