Door Lock - Direct Fit, Kit
Changing these lock cylinders is very easy to do if you are somewhat mechanical.
I bought a pair of these, then got on YouTube and found a gentleman who shows how easy it was to change the locks. I found out a couple of things which will make your replacement easier. Do what the YouTube person says to do mostly, but... once you take out the locking clip on the side of the door, just grab the old lock and pull SLIGHTLY out of the hole with on hand, while you minipulate the inside door plunger with the other hand. You will be able to pull the vertical shaft out of the lock hole just enough to unsnap the old lock using a flat blade screwdriver, and snap in the new lock. Also, keep in mind that the driver's door, and passenger door locks are reversed, so look at the old lock before snapping in the new one, and make sure the plastic snapping shaft is positioned the same before snapping in the new one. YouTube will show you that you can't put the new lock cylinder in upside down because of a large slot on the top side, and a small slot on the bottom side. But remember the doors are reversed, so pay attention to the where the slot is. Just make sure the new lock's plastic shaft is pointing the same way the old lock's shaft is. If not, just very carefully unsnap the E-Clip holding the plastic shaft on the cylinder, turn the shaft 180 degrees, and snap the E-Clip back on the shaft. Do this inside the house on a clean table in case you drop the E-Clip, it is fairly small, but easy to unsnap, and snap back on with a very small screwdirver, and small needle nose pliers. The last important advise is do just ONE DOOR at a time, so you can make sure the new lock you are putting in is configured the same way that the old lock you just took out was. Changing these locks is very easy, and you will save a lot of money not going to a mechanic, or dealer. You will need a phillips head screwdriver for the inside door plastic cover, a torx head screwdriver to remove the door handle, two pair of pliers, one large, one small, and some duct tape to tape the door's mosture barrier back on should you take it off, however if you do what I told you about changing the old/new locks, you don't have to take the moisture barrier off, or reach inside the door at all. Before you put the door plastic inside cover back on the door, take your new keys and make sure the locks work smoothy. Also, unless you got the locks from the dealer so the door locks match the ignition, which is advisable for convenience, remember that the vehicle's ignition key, and the door lock keys, are not going to match, so now you have 2 keys to carry for you vehicle. Hope this helps, but make sure to watch the YouTube how to do it first, you will see how easy it actually is. I would advise anyone to check out YouTube before tackling any project just to see if you want do it yourself.

Good quality. Works like it should. I had to get new clips separately tho. I had someone break into van a couple of times. They busted the locks and had bent the clips.
