Quality product
Shipping was delayed due to winter storms, nothing CarParts had to do with, they got it to the carrier quickly and carrier was delayed. Ford has some unique pieces to replace requiring a few extra tools. I found this inner tie rod was an upgrade to stock. Easier to put this in compared to take the old one out. No issues with it after a few weeks of driving.
