exact replacement. It's a shame Ford made it so hard to change on the newer Escapes. Got it in, plug was right fit, and turned on power. Left all the parts off the lift gate until tested the camera. A little brighter than the original. The parking lines clear as can be. Much clearer, when backing at night, than the original, too. With my 2nd extended warranty, the dealer would have charged me $250, my deductible, and listed the camera, before labor to install it, as $300. Save by doing it myself, with the right part.

Back-up camera for 2015 Ford Escape SE
It fit my 2015 Ford Escape SE perfectly. It was not too difficult to install. The only problem I had was removing the lift back interior panels. The camera was easy to install after those panels were removed. Camera works great so far.
