I purchased control switch Sw-5924 for my 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis and it does not fit. It is much smaller than what I have and has a “Coast” button that my car does not have. Is there a larger version of this part?JackieJan 27, 2024

Motorcraft Oe Replacement Cruise Control Switch - Direct Fit, Sold Individually
Good part but horn beeps
The part fit right in,wiring was no problem. After I took out for a try I pushed the on button and the horn beeped?! The cruise did not engage. Some fooling around with the buttons I found out that if I pushed the on button at the very top the cruise engaged and the horn did not beep. Am now looking into what I may have done wrong?
