Perfect part
Came very fast. I ordered it round a lil before 1 on a tuesday and it was at my house friday morning. It was the right part and the price was way less than if I had bought it from a local auto parts store. Two things to know; you need to be sure everything that caused it to go bad has been fixed, if not you will eventually kill the new one, so get your check engine light off first. Clean out your egr valve if you didn't need to replace it, might as well replace your pcv valve cuz its only $3 and clean out the area where it's seated, and if an O2 sensor is bad replace it, the only two on this car (2000 model year) are right in the area of catalytic. Also if your flex pipe is bad, you can just a flex pipe, so you may be able to piece it together without having to buy the converter with the pipe to manifold. I ended up replacing or cleaning almost my whole emissions system to get it to pass the state test. With the help of this site and my own ingenuity what would have been over $500 in parts cost less than $140, not bad at all!!
