Very dissapointed
I ordered the timing chain and oil pump kit on july 17th and they said it would be at my house by july 24th well first they charged my account 2 times for the same charge i called customer service to ask them why my account got charged twice and they basically made me feel like a liar said there was nothing they could do for me ao i called my bank and told them what happen and they said it was some sort of verification charge and that it would fall of in a couple days but it made my bank account go into the negative. I couldnt use my bank card and then when i received my package there was oil pump but no timing chain kit. I assumed that the timing chain kit would be on its way in a different package but today is sept 9 and i still have not received the package for a timing chain kit I still have the oil pump they sent me in its package at this point I would really like to just return the oil pump and be refunded for the timing chain and oil pumping kit.
