2007 dodge 1500 5.7l I lost the original keys and they were keyless entry. I can use these keys even though my truck is programmed to have the other set??

The new lock cylinder does come with new keys. Is the original key transponder or does it have an anti-theft code? If so, you will need to have it reprogrammed with the dealership.
