Is the hole for the shock mount threaded for a bolt or will I have to run a bolt and nut through the hole to attach the shock? if it is threaded, does it come with bolts for this?Travis P.May 17, 2021

As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware (bolts). You can reuse the old ones or we suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store.
