Best Answer:Hi Rick, I'm glad to assist you. As per checking, we do not carry the driver side 4 button type. Unfortunately, all we have is the 5 button type window switch. You can also check for exterior or interior door handles or the front passenger window switch as well if you need to, since we carry those parts on our inventory. I hope this helps. Happy shopping.

Works really great. It's a really quality built part. It looks better made than the original part that came with the car which wore out and broke. The price was really great, about half of the price of the major auto part stores and about 4 times cheaper than the car dealer parts department.
