First time problems, never encountered before
Wire connector was wrong. Had to switch the old connector to the new mirror. Also the mirror did not lay flat against the window frame. It stuck out so far. I drilled a hole in Mount and window frame and put a screw in. Not sure that was the mirror or Chrysler being cheap , Only had one mounting bolt and there definitely should have been one at the top too. Replaced Pass. side . I checked drivers side and it didn't lay flat either at the top. There was a gap there too. Just not as bad as the new mirror replacing the pass. side. In all fairness , This is not not the first mirror I've purchased from you guys. Own a shop and have replaced quite a few mirrors. Never encountered these problems before. The mirror it self was fine and previous mirrors have all been fine

2010 Caravan passenger mirror replacement.
The mirror is easy to change to begin with but the wiring harness quick connector was too big. Cut it off and used inline splices. Also the top of the mirror flange didn’t fit flush with the door. Gorilla glue and a framing clamp took care of that problem. Looks and works like factory installation now.
