This is the second unit I have installed in the same window, the first one was the more expensive unit, buy the best and do it once right! Well a unit is only as good as it's weakest point! for the last unit that was a cheap piece of plastic holding one of the cable ends, which broke off and rendered the unit useless, it lasted a year . Time will tell with this unit, it seems like a decent piece and installed easily, it comes 100% complete, motor and wiring connections, cables, time will tell if it's any good.
