Best Answer:Hi Duane, I'm glad to assist you. It's possible the gasket is not properly seated, aligned, or torqued during installation. Gasket misalignment or improper tightening can lead to leaks. Make sure the gasket is correctly positioned and that the bolts holding the oil pan in place are tightened to the manufacturer's specifications in the correct sequence. I hope this helps.
