CAPA ensures that parts meet quality standards for fit, component materials, and corrosion resistance. However, for the non CAPA (no Q at the end of the part number), keep in mind that being non-CAPA certified doesn't mean lower quality. Actually, the parts are just as good and the same, but the manufacturer chooses not to pursue CAPA certification in order to cut costs.
