First of all the price was outstanding for a "new" not re-manufactured starter. Compared to retail auto part stores in town it was by far the most price friendly. Delivery of the product was as mentioned during the purchase which was in reasonable time (i.e. 3-5 days). When I removed the inoperable starter from my car and compared it to the new one I bought here, it was an exact duplicate in every sense of the word. In other words, it looks exactly like the starter that came from the factory. So I had no worries whether it would fit or not. The installation was a bit challenging but this was attributed to the car's cramped space constraints when installing this item. After installing, it started immediately on the first attempt and been good since then.
