Rear, Driver And Passenger Side Door Lock Actuators, For Side Sliding Doors
Working with some modifications
The part worked very well after installation. The plastic case on it was not as high of quality as the original part (a small piece broke off when I was reattaching the cables, and when putting the arm for the drivers side onto the actuator the screw stripped out with almost no force). Also the cables did not snap into place properly (the grab hook didn't grab the cable lock), and I had to use a zip tie to secure it to the actuator. The white plastic hinge that grabs the locking arm had to be replaced by the actual hinge (the red and green ones) from the original as the hole for the locking arm was too small in the white piece. But currently I have working locks after these adjustments, so I'm happy with that.

Sliding Door lock actuators 2003 Dodge Caravan SXT
Great Price, Great Fit, but the hole in the plastic clips that hold the linkage rod on the actuator is too small. Great mechanics don't break those kind of clips and are able to reuse the old ones on the new part. Hardest part of the whole job is removing the door panels. Passenger side snaps off, driver side has a Phillips screw in the hand hold cup. I've seen some videos with drilling, but that's not the easiest way. Just remove the three torks screws that hold the latch to the back end of the sliding door panel. Carefully pop off the linkage and remove the latch and actuator together. One tiny torks screw to remove to take the actuator off of the latch. Well worth the price and time to replace on my Caravan.

Ad is very misleading. It states "Door Lock Actuator - Rear, Driver and Passenger Side", which I construed as "rear, driver, and passenger side (door) actuators" -- i.e. the actuator for all four doors.
But it is actually the actuator for the rear *only* sliding doors (either sideS).
So, the ad should read: "rear (doors) on driver OR passenger sideS".
As an actuator for the sliding doors, this product was great (I needed it for both rear and passenger doors -- so, it worked 50-50, but for 2x the price, since I can't use the second one) :-(
