Hello, I am wondering if the alternator Manufacturer #13870N for a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT with 3.8 engine comes with a decoupler pulley, or a clutch pulley?   My van calls for a decoupler pulley.  Thanks.Tim R.Sep 28, 2021
