Hi my name is Nathan R and this kit shows that is works with an 2005 Dodge Stratus SXT 2.4L for the rear brakes. I currently have drums in the rear would this kit be a direct replacement for the drums and if so does it come with the brackets/ hardware needed to go from drum to disc?NathanMar 21, 2022
