Best Answer:Hi Larry,
All ECM units must be flashed on, vehicle specific on-car programming must be performed AFTER installation to prevent drivability issues. You can have it flashed ON thru a dealership or A1 Cardone themselves. Cardone would come with instructional with it to have it shipped back to them and back to you after flashing.
