Oe Solutions Series Radiator Fan Dual Fan
Buy some LocTite Thred Locker.
I bought this fan and assembly 16 months ago and had the nut on both fans that attach the fan blades to the motor work themselves loose so that the blades would not spin. The nuts are not a reverse thread as you might expect so you will have to put some Loctite on them to prevent them from working loose. C'mon Dorman, you can do better than that!
