Your VIN is required to complete the transaction. Upon checkout and to minimize any delay in shipment, kindly include valid phone number enabling our agent to contact you or you may call us between 9:30am-6pm CST Monday-Friday or 9:00am-5:00pm CST Saturday at 1-866-529-4359 to get the needed information added to your order.
Instructions for Returning the Core:
1. Do not disassemble the core.
2. Completely drain the core.
3. Place core in original shipping tote and include all hardware with core return.
4. Once core is ready for pick-up, visit https://www.zumbrotadrivetrain.com/core-return and fill out the Core Return form. If an e-mail address is provided, a confirmation will be received once form is submitted.
5. For all residential core pick-ups, you will be contacted to arrange an estimated day and time for pick-up. A Bill of Lading will be provided and will need to be presented to the driver upon arrival.
6. For all commercial core pick-ups, the soonest pick-up will be scheduled and no contact is made to the customer.
