There are several ways to determine if your mirrors are heated, including checking your vehicle's owner's manual, looking for a heated mirror icon (3 zigzagging arrows pointing upward), and turning on the defrost. Poor customer service on a problem
I gave it a four star rating because the mirror even though it came undamaged, easy to install, all functions worked as indicated, it has a vibration that does not make it easy to clearly see what if behind. I replied to the service e-mail and they suggested I 'talk' to the virtual advisor. That takes too long to get an answer so I am quite sure I am through with this company.
