You will then remove the plastic protector, and from there you can access the bolts for the exterior door handle. Unbolt and replace the handle. Install all parts as you have removed all of them. Cant rate what i didn't see. Box never opened
Product was delivered on time, but my son had already bought the parts locally. It took me 3 days and and at least 4 calls to returns department to get Rma # and instructions to return. And even though the box was never opened i had to pay almost $20 return shipping.
