I liked the ease of ordering but when it arrived it was damaged so I refused delivery. I needed the hood because I planned to get the car painted on 7/3. Representative said they did not do overnight delivery and said there was nothing he could do. Another one of your reps said they could refund a portion of my purchase for not delivering the part in good order. I said that it would have to do and that I would consider using Carparts again. Not a good first impression. I may choose to do my shopping at Auto Warehouse in the future.
