Constructed from SAE5160H high-grade shot peened steel, SuperSprings leaf helper springs are a special and patented self-adjusting suspension stabilizing system for vehicles equipped with rear leaf springs. They provide extra load support and reduce body roll without compromising ride quality. SuperSprings leaf helper springs come in a variety of different sized springs to support multiple applications.

Helper Spring, Set Of 2

I put them on my '03 Dodge Dakota, which I always thought had soft springs on it it help level the load when carring cargo or towing my trailer. With them installed the truck sits 3-4 inches higher then it would have without them in place with the same load. They are well worth the money. The only thing I noticed is a slight creeking sound when parking lot manuvering with them.
