Best Answer:I don’t tow and my truck is I Pennsylvania and I am in Florida for the winter so I can’t be much help. One thing I do know is I was very pleased with the bumper. There is a black plastic cover over the place where the hole is and I think it showed a mark where the hole may be underneath. Sorry I can’t be more help. Bill

It was a warehouse error that the customer was sent a painted bumper. The dents and scratches could have occurred during transit, over which we no longer have control. It is the shipper's responsibility. We would have replaced it, but despite what happened, the customer chose to keep and use it. This kit includes a face bar (step bumper), reinforcement bar, gray pad(s), bolt kit, license plate lights, and bracket(s).
