I was expecting a call this morning between 10 - 11am to talk about your scheduling a repair service? No one ever called. I spoke to a guy on Saturday, don't recall his name and I'm not home to see my notes, but he scheduled it. Now I'm helping my daughter move and won't be free to talk until Wednesday morning, at the same time. I'm very interested in this service and would really appreciate a follow up call.Joanne B.Jun 27, 2022

My story is a bit long but I need help! I bought a 2012 Buick regal turbo about a year ago. The engine light came on and went off a few times so I took it to a shop near me. The guy asked if I noticed any symptoms, and I did not. He said no biggie then, come back when you notice any. The light stayed off completely from Oct thru late May. It came back on and I started having issues, like high Rpms with little acceleration so I took it to a dealership. They installed a vacuum  pump and a variable boost control solenoid valve. This cost me $1000, and they told me I need a new turbo and none of the symptoms are gone! It still feels like the transmission is going, with the high Rpms, it may even be worse now? Does this sound normal? Shouldn't this work have improved something, even a little? I probably do need the turbo so along with answering this question, could someone please tell me how to go about this the proper way? One that won't kill me! I don't have a ton of money, will have to borrow so need the least expensive solution. Thank you so much!Joanne B.Jun 24, 2022
Best Answer:Hello! I would return to the dealership and explain that your concerns were not addressed and that you still have the same issues. Do you happen to know what faults were causing your check engine light to turn on?
