Best Answer:Hi Guy, Thank you for your question. It won't work, the connecter and the harness are different. It won't plug-in the original connector. We suggest getting the mirror without heated features. You get what you pay for. Duh.
Ridiculously great price for this part that fits and functions properly, and even the black paint matched my 10-year-old finish well enough it did not need a repaint. <a href="http://Carparts.com" target="_blank">Carparts.com</a> got this to me quickly, so my daughter could get back on the road safely. So, why give it a 3? Because the manufacturer, Kool Vue, made it about 1.5 inches wider than the original, so her two mirrors don't match now. And she said is whistles over 30 mph. If your Camaro is black, and you want this quick fix, splurge and buy one for each side so they match. Still costs a fraction of doing it right, and maybe it sounds cool - I haven't heard it.
