Will this fit in the head for temp gauge? 5.7l tbi 95'A shopperMar 11, 2021
Best Answer:Hi, You missed mentioning the make and model of the vehicle for me to check. TBI is an engine design and 5.7 is the liter. You can do a manual check for the fitment - On the Homepage, please enter (complete) your vehicle’s year, make, model, sub-model, and engine size. Type the part's name in the search box. Once your application is selected, you’ll see a “Guaranteed to Fit” badge if the part will fit, and we recommend that you also double-check Your Vehicle Fit Details as well as the Vehicle Fitment Information table on the product page.

I have a 1988 GTA with a 5.7. is this the sensor that screws into the front of the intake manifold and activates the fans? This motor has a two fan system, the secondary was intended for the air conditioning. Please advise if this is the correct part. Thank youJimmyJun 14, 2020
Best Answer:Hello! I believe this is the correct part for your Trans Am: https://www.carparts.com/details/Pontiac/Firebird/AC_Delco/Coolant_Temperature_Sensor/1988/Trans_Am/8_Cyl_5-dot-7L/AC2134396.html This is the part that comes up when I search for a coolant temp sensor for an '88 Trans Am with a 5.7L. And according to the information I have, the sensor that's an input to the ECM for fan control looks similar to the sensor in the link above. But you might want to take a peek at your sensor before ordering to ensure it looks the same.
