Upon checking, this catalytic converter is not compatible with the 2002 Chevrolet Blazer LS 6 Cyl 4.3L.
Just to give you a heads up, some states now require the use of CARB-COMPLIANT AFTERMARKET CONVERTERS (in certain circumstances). It is important to know your state’s requirements to determine the correct converter for your application and location. EPA guidelines do not allow mismatching emission components. You may check the emission label sticker usually located underneath the hood for reference.

Perfect fit for my 98 blazer!
Make sure you buy the gaskets. another commenter mentioned it prior to my purchase. They fit perfectly too.

It fit, but the catalytic converter itself is only half the size of the OEM. I can literally hear the exhaust struggling....this seems to restrict flow.

Great product, easy install
Bought this to replace my bad catalytic converter in my 99 blazer. Bolted right up and fit nicely and performs well. Only con is that for some stupid reason they paint it before they send it and when it heats up after installing the paint starts to burn and smell.
