WILL NOT CALIBRATE
Have had the shop try 8xs to use this MAF, each time it's enabled it faults out within 4 hours. Old one performed better w/ 100k miles on it. Had to buy one from a reputable parts supplier.

MAF not comparable
Was trying a number of parts to resolve my "lean codes" issue P0171 & P0174 on my 2001 BMW 530. Price seemed much more reasonable than OEM and site says 100% compatible, so I bought this unit. Everything looked similar and identical to the OEM part, except that it was made you know where. When I replaced my original factory MAF, this one would cause the engine to appear to choke/hesitate right at crankover. The car would almost stall for about 4 seconds, but then started running normally. I had no such issue with my old MAF, so I re-installed the original back. After I fixed the non-MAF issue the SES light went away. I went back and re-installed this unit back and the same issue was still there. I guess I am stuck with this MAF and out my money.
