My 2015 BMW 328xi needs this part replaced due to an accident with a raccoon. Can this part be installed without removing the front bumper cover assembly? May need to replace lower engine shield also.James L.Apr 12, 2022
Best Answer:No. It's not possible. This piece need to install from back of the bumper. You don't have any access with bumper still on the car. There is a lot of tutorials online for how to remove F30 bumpers, it's not that difficult.

I am confused as to where in the m style bumper this goes to. Can someone paint a picture? This isnt the kidney grille. And it isnt the left, right and middle lower grille since those are three separate pieces.328ixAug 15, 2023
