I only replaced the uppers on both sides because emu ball joints were shot (12 years old). Once the pinch bolt is out, (about 15 mins of heat) the job is super easy. Just need to have the right tools. Over all, very good product and the cheapest you can find for the set.

This part, despite being advertised for my exact year make and model, did not contain the ACTUAL correct parts according to Chris at carparts. The first ball joint sleeve slipped at about 65mph causing an insane wobble, very quickly releasing all of the others at once. The front of my car proceeded slam to the ground as the only thing left was my axle holding the wheel. I had slowed down to a relatively slow speed by this point and was only slightly injured and I will let you guys imagine what damage was left to my Audi. Chris said his "admin" (whom he put me on hold frequently to get info from) said they would offer me 60$ in the form of a rebate!! What nice guys!! The parts they sold me alone cost 144$ but for putting my life at risk and causing thousands in damages, THEY LET ME KEEP THE WRONG PARTS!! Great GREAT company. I only wish they get the same experience I did for their generosity
