Near exact fit.. I suspect the one I received was assembled improperly, the way the cables crossed was reversed, I had to twist the regulator a full turn to get the cable to seat in a way it wouldn't interfere with the window movement. I'll probably get a reduced life out of it due to some extra stress on the cables but it was cheap enough that I don't care. Window works great despite the defect.
