Dealer charges $540 while the auto part costs $75. The part actually has both the blower fan and the resister. You can change the part within 1 hour and it's very straight forward.

Easy install. Motor works great so far. It's only been in there for a few weeks.

The Audi dealer quoted $1,120 to replace the blower motor. Its right behind the glove box, and only required 3 torx screws to remove it. Bought this part for around $80 all in, and it took about 20 minutes to remove the old and install the new. Saved $1,040 vs going to the dealer. Highly recommended.
