So far so good… prompt delivery and <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com</a> actually has customer service you can easily contact. Needed assistance to positively identify the correct compressor needed for my vehicle as there were several choices. CS associate was very helpful and completed my order while on phone. Ordered on a Monday, at my door on Thursday. Installed same as Original. The additional 5 year warranty was very reasonable cost. Typically pass on warranties as they are usually overpriced and short term. Have ordered from <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com</a> before… always seemless.
