Best Answer:Hi Gus, I'm glad to assist you. In most vehicles, there are 2 engine coolant temperature sensors. The primary ECT sensor is installed near the thermostat in the cylinder head or block or on the thermostat housing. A second coolant temperature sensor could be installed in another part of the engine, or in the radiator. We have a repair manual that could help you find it. The part number is 24027, by Haynes.
