A:BEST ANSWERHi,
That is a 2 liter capacity difference and weight factor. Actually the 6.5L Chevelle also uses this struts by still Moog. You have to check or consult with a local Chevy dealership since the 454 is much heavier engine already. The spring should be different for the heavier engine. Show less
