Best Answer:Hi Kevin, thank you for reaching out. It is because this item is for the 2005-2007 Toyota Tacoma instead. Per checking, we currently don't have direct-fit coil springs for the 2009 Toyota Tacoma Pre Runner with a 4.0-liter engine as of this writing. Have a nice day.
