The part was the correct part but the deliver of the part was completely unsatisfactory. The part was left on the catwalk in my apartment complex. I'm surprised it was there when I opened the door. The deliver person did not knock on the door or ring the door bell. Boxes and items get stolen when left outside. Never, never, never leave deliveries on the catwalk. I believe I mentioned to the salesperson that if you'll will use UPS to deliver the part I don't want the part because UPS will definitely leave the package at the door. I've had items stolen that was left at the door before and it is very inconvenient to have to wait on another part. How bout if your manufacturing dept. parts was delivered outside of business hours and left in front of the front door; most likely some of the boxes, if not all, would be missing which would delay the manufacturing process which will reduce income because you will definitely lose customers by not getting the product to them when they need it. Timing is key and delivering products are too because people need the parts they ordered.
